In order to avoid disappointment and frustration, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of your requirements to ensure that your drug prescription or food order is correctly collated and awaiting your collection.

Repeat Prescriptions will only be fulfilled if  the patient concerned is under “current veterinary care”, which according to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons instructs that the patient has been examined and         re-assessed within the preceding 3-6 months by a vet for the problem for which the drug is being prescribed.  When using certain drugs, this re-assessment may include the need for a blood test to be sure that the drug being used continues to be safe for use in the patient.

Requests for prescriptions are welcomed.  A medicine decision and administration fee is applicable to all prescriptions.  Written prescriptions will be ready for collection 1-2 working days after request.
