During our normal opening hours:

If your pet has a problem which you feel is an emergency, please telephone the practice immediately on 0208 398 8005.  Dependant on the nature of the emergency, we will offer to see your pet as soon as possible or ensure a priority appointment is booked for your pet to see one of our vets.  Please ensure that you clearly state the urgency of your emergency so that we can attend to your pet at the earliest opportunity.

Outside of our normal opening hours:

If your pet has an emergency outside of our normal opening hours, we work with a local emergency clinic that provides 24 hour veterinary and nursing care.  The local branch of NKR Veterinary Specialists has recently moved but can still be reached on 01634 666 655 and is now located at 2 Esher Road, Hersham, Surrey, KT12 4JY (next to the Volkwagen garage on the A244 in Hersham).  Please ring them prior to arrival to make sure they are prepared to care for your pet.  Always ensure that you clearly understand where you will be taking your pet before getting in the car and please do drive safely.

Alternatively, depending on where you live, it may be closer to visit North Surrey Emergency in East Molesey.  They are located at 4 Park Road, East Molesey, KT8 9LE and can be reached directly on 0208 783 2850.
